and he was kind enough too take the time to look at the nand blocks i had put up
i thought we needed to use the dumped system blocks rather then the cwm backup
to make a "rom" from the blocks

Script is generated by what is contained in the /system/bin file, i had a little trouble figuring out what the nand dumps where....
dImage was kernel (zImage)
boot.ext4.rar was a compressed boot.img-ramdisk
those two files together create the boot.img
system.ext4.rar was a compressed /system folder

together i was able to create an update.zip, just needs testing
uploading update.zip now

if it dont we have lost nothing if it does we have gained so much
did you use the and blocks or files from the clokworkmod backup?
my only worry is the names of the blocks that was why i uploaded the kmsg text
i got faith

Edit; i thougt it would be nearer 180Mb anyway will have a go

I used the files from Excel-2.3-clean folder
If im honest kmsg text didnt really help me as it said the nand blocks were numbered but they were listed a,b,c etc

Try it see if you get any errors, if so let me know... I tried it on my Scroll with my boot.img, the Capacitive, it installed, but i got a white boot screen and it froze....

Edit...

Unpacked image is roughly 130mb
The boot image is 16mb, which is way too big, it needs to be under 10mb, i removed a folder from the boot image and now its 6mb, tried it on my tablet and i dont get that error now, but it still boot loops, probably because of the different kernels.
