I figured we should probably have a list somewhere of what apps do and do not run on the scroll well. Please post any apps you have running on your scroll and how well they run in here and I will update the top 2 posts with them

Angry Birds - Menus are broken graphical glitches occur in game but playable
OpenTTD - Fiddley but lew memory version plays ok slowdowns may occur though

UNPLAYABLE
Need For Speed Shift - Unreconised device error
Real Football 2011 - game runs but screen flashes quite a bit and it's mainly black and white (unplayable)
Sniper vs Sniper - Crashes out

nDrive, runs fine no gps though so only able to run routes in "virtual" mode

Finger Play MIDI works perfectly

Repace the laucher with ADW laucher - fantastic home replacement with so many themes, my tab currently thinks its a iPhone 4

hello EVERYONE NICK HERE just bought my scroll tablet and working fantastic due to me having samsung galaxy s

all apps as long work above 2.1 are working from my galaxy s
you should be able too this from any android phone as long you back up your apps using app monster

TOO MAKE YOUR APP FOLDER USE APPMONSTER AND BACK UP ALL YOUR APPS TO SD CARD ON YOUR GALAXY S
when you have done this connect phone

1.so connect your phone to computer and open folders on your phone appmanager you can find from here (computer->name of your phone mine is i9000>phone.appmanager folder this opens all your apps on your phone )which you have backed up using app monster its free.
at this point you can make a folder on your computer and copy all your apk files from the phone appmanager folder to this folder.
2. connect your scroll tablet to usb mount and open folders A:K when the windows asks what you want to do open FOLDER TO VIEW FILES then youll see the folders of your scroll tablet now you can move apk files too the download folder not the DOWNLOADS FOLDER, ONCE YOU HAVE UN MOUNTED go to home screen click app installer you may not see your app so now we go back to home screen press app installer again and it will SCAN YOUR APPS in the app installer folder YOU CAN see what has been INSTALLED you click on YOUR new APPS in your app installer installs your app bobs your uncle.

I CANT SEE US HAVING A PROBLEM HAVING A SECTION FOR APK FILES FOR APPS AS LONG AS THE APPS UPLOADED ARE FREE AND NOT PAID FOR APPS.

I HAVE JUST realised that all files are made from app monster onto sd card app manager folder all android apps from my galaxy s which are backed up go into this folder as a apk file in case my galaxy s crashes then i can reastall apps back to my phone, using apk files from galaxy s appmanager folder you can pretty much instore anything obviously some apps will not work but you have to keep trying they will load in when app installer is pressed on scroll it loads all apk files you have transferred as a app to install if they will instore you will have the application there if there not compatable youll have a X NEXT TO IT YOU CAN DELETE THESE FROM USB MOUNTING OPEN YOUR DOWNLOAD FOLDER ON SCROLL.

WE NEED SOMEWHERE ON THIS SITE TO UPLOAD THE THE APPS WHICH ARE FREE AS A APK FILE WHICH THEN CAN BE DOWNLOADED STRAIGHT TO THE COMPUTER THEN PLACED IN THE SCROLL TABLET DOWNLOAD FOLDER WHEN CONNECTED THIS WOULD MAKE IT A LOT EASIER
