On mine I only have the option 'turn usb off' but it looks like it unmounts the drive.

@Warpedflash

Nope, no nandroid option.....

On my recovery screen it says:
Android system recovery<2e>
Android system recovery utility

reboot system now
apply sdcard:update.zip
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition (what does this do?)

Employees are like mules. Some you stand in front of and coax them along with a carrot. Some you stand behind and kick them in the arse. The key to management is knowing which mules are which!

Was the scroll plugged in with the charger when you attempted the flash recovery. Im not sure if this is requiredbut I always do it anyway?

@Charlie, what are your thoughts on this?

I left USB and Charger plugged in during the flashing

Charger - So it didnt die during flashing
USB - Because it was still plugged in from copying things to SDCard..

I have flashed back to recovery without either plugged in and it was fine too
