You should throw together some spare parts and stick Linux on it. Very handy. :)

just cracked it open, the details i see are as follows:
on the PCB itself: LR9821 PCB REV: E 'made in taiwan' ;)
what i suspect is the bluetooth chip, given that it has 'BLUETOOTH' written on it  :
SAMSUNG BTPZ5002LA and under that is written: 040715 AAA

hopefully that helps :)

JimmyW, thanks for all this, especially the disassembly instructions - it's invaluable :)

Might be javascript/flash issue Steveee : My image gallery system needs both. I'll be adding a non gallery set of images once I've had time to open it again and get photos of everything.

Hi guys. First-timer novice here. This thread is very interesting, and perhaps will lead to all sorts of wonderful things. My only complaint is, it doesn't do what it says on the tin, does it? I want to know how to open my Scroll. I have taken out the two screws at one end, but obviously must pull/push/press somewhere to get it open. I don not wish to mark or damage it, so can someone show me where to pull/push/press, please?
