I tried that and when I opened the gls.Db file it was a load of gobble-de-gook

What file explorer did you use ?

Im using Root Explorer and once you get into gls.db there should be "android_metadata" and "meta"

in Meta is the Andoid ID

Hi guys, would like to have the market working, do i need to mod my scroll in any way to get this working, i also have a HTC desire that i can get the ID from without all the emulator etc.

Rooting is generally a good first step in doing anything with the Scroll. Perm it and have done I say.
