That sounds reasonable, as long as the pc can communicate with the scroll to execute the batch file it should work, but as you can appreciete, I cannot be 100%

If it cant communicate, then the second batch file will do nothing, if it can then you should see a change in the scroll pad almost imediatly as the second batch file commands are executed

I will hold fire for a bit as don't want a brick -

i am sure it would run fine - but if it does run but not right because of my hack, i don't know what would happen (i am still not clear on what the 2nd batch file is doing)

I have read thought the forum and I am having the issue with drivers on Windows 7 64 Bit.

Can I confirm if anyone has managed to install the drivers on 64bit? and if so have they hacked the 32 bit driver or is there a proper 64 bit driver?

my new hack v.2 i have done - should work on 64bit too - it looks like it works for 32bit - just need to confirm a few things with Warpedflash b4 posting. - so hold fire for the mo

i need to test the way my usb is set-up for the 2nd driver - can i run the 1st batch file and then the 1st batch file again whilst on the 'hanging logo screen"?

i need to do it this way as once the 1st batch file is run windows reconnects the scroll with a different hardware id (driver seems ok)

Since ive got already got the recovery feature installed, i will attempt what you suggest i.e. run the first batch file twice and let you know what happens
