Sending scroll back

I keep on getting wifi problem please see my thread in help section. If I have to send to scroll or return to ebuyer do I just use z4root to unroot and factory reset?..

Are there anymore procedures I need to do to ensure I still have my warranty.

remove root. remove clcokwork if you have installed it. restore any system apks you removed (phone/mms etc)

Thanks, hopefully dont need to.....gonna change the router and see what happens.
