Hi guys as I'm stuck on 1.02 with no clockworkmod to flash updates like most people who are just getting scrolls
I thought I would do a easy fix for Opera mobile as the fonts it needs are not in /system/fonts as I quite like opera
on the scroll
Files
font_fix.zip
To use:
1. download and unzip
2. make sure your scroll it plugged in via usb and debug mode is on (normally on by default)
3. double click Font Fix.bat
4. sit back and watch adb push all the font to the scroll
5. open opera mobile and you will be able to read all of the fonts
Opera Tips
Stop opera eating all of your free space with temp files
1. In the address bar type opera:config
2. scroll to "Disk Cache" and remove the tick from "Enabled"
3. scroll to the bottom of the "Disk Cache" box and press save
Open sites as desktop version I.E. http://www.facebook.com not http://Touch.facebook.com
1. In the address bar type opera:config
2. scroll to "User Prefs" and under "Custom User-Agent" type Modzilla/4.0
3. scroll to the bottom of the "User Prefs" box and press save
Fullscreen mode
1. Click the spanner icon
2. Click settings
3. Turn full screen on
4. hit back an enjoy full screen browsing
Hope this is usefully guys
