I think they are saying this because they havnt got the financial buffer like the big brands; ie Samsung, HTC etc
The cost of replacing the unit or getting it repaired for SO is too high maybe? Or, they dont have the tools?

I can't find anything online about the Tablo 9.7" but this link routes you to the Momo 11 source and I suspect it will be very similar.
You need to scroll down the page quite a lot to see the written specs and photo's.
On current $ conversion rates the Momo 11 costs around £127.00 with around £35.00 UPS carriage direct from China.
Of course - sometimes these shipments also attract import charges.

The spec states GB 2.3 but I suspect that is wrong.

This link shows the Allwinner tab which does state ICS and is probably the closest to SO's new flagship.
