I have been using their facebook page to ask for support etc, I have made a couple of posts saying that I was not happy with the service they provide (don't really see an issue with saying that) and they keep deleting them.
I have to say that I have never had a company censor non-offensive customer opinion posts on Facebook before. What kind of business practice is that?
It's a really terrible way to treat any customer and shows a total lack of unprofessionalism.
