Storage Options keep deleting my posts on Facebook

I have been using their facebook page to ask for support etc, I have made a couple of posts saying that I was not happy with the service they provide (don't really see an issue with saying that) and they keep deleting them.
I have to say that I have never had a company censor non-offensive customer opinion posts on Facebook before. What kind of business practice is that?
It's a really terrible way to treat any customer and shows a total lack of unprofessionalism.

Had the same thing happen to me when I kept nagging on their FB page about updates they simply deleted my posts.

They give the impression of being professional but they are far from it, it's a shame really. If they had one or two more staff and a developer they could really take the market by storm.

It's not just SO. I got banned from a green & yellow courier company's Farcebook page for making negative comments about a "next day delivery" which was finally delivered 8 working days later.
