Already got it from technet, not noticed much difference to be honest, but I do always like to keep up to date
Now all I need to do is integrate into my Win 7 dvd's

There is no difference really, unless you install it on Server 2008 R2 - For windows 7, its just a load of updates and hotfixes bundled into one big installer.
I made an integrated ISO using an RTM ISO from MS and the SP1 - and a program called RT Se7en Lite
I forgot what prog i use now, last time I integrated one was win xp! (diddnt bother with vista)

Was waiting all day for this to hopfully fix my pc problems or make a reinstall quicker my new job does not have msdn\technet, so had to wait for the real release
