Android Honeycomb

Postby aeroalex » January 8th, 2011, 6:43 pm

Android Honeycomb is a new OS especially made for tablet PC's! Great for us really. However its not all sunshine yet as honeycomb is only going to be released for certain devices and for companies who want to pre install the OS onto their devices. Bad news for us! But once again, once Honeycomb has been properly released storage options may think about upgrading their tablet although not for our tablet they could release a new tablet with the hardware capabilities to run Honeycomb!

The Only tablet running honeycomb at the moment is the Motorola Xoom, a new tablet shown at the CES 2011.

Maybe we could find a mod version of honeycomb 3.0 in the future to install on our scroll!

Thanks
Alex

I heard about this the other day, and it sounds great being designed specifically for tablets.

its definitely good news, if only we could get it to work on the scroll! However it needs special hardware capabilities and I don't think our tablet has them. :(
