To perform a factory reset connect the charger to your device, power off and then turn on while holding down volume + key. Once the green man appears press home key, scroll to bottom option factory reset by pressing volume – key, then volume + key to execute. System will now reboot.

Note:
This will ONLY reset the user data and not the system Image of the device.
