help needed and appreciated

i recently attampted to install clockworkmod recivery using sugsys file as put on mitres link, im not sure if it worked and during this i heard a popping sound through the speaker, my excel now seems choppy and slower and takes around a minute to boot up now and i was wondering if there is any way to reverse this?

If youve installed the sdk, open up a command prompt...

cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools

(or your default location)

adb shell

(that will give you a shell command on your device, via your pc) - try it - Press CTL + C to exit adb shell

Then you can follow my "how to" for stock recovery.
