Fix for No Calendar

I still can't access this file
I see it on dodgy looking file shares on Google search but I am loath to download and install apps that could be anything from such places.
Is the lack of interest here because everyone has upgraded to ICS and no longer have any issues?
I would still be interested in knowing what criteria I have to meet before I can use a download link on this forum, even if not related to this particular file

The calendar works fine for me - but is a bit "rubbish"

(though no longer developed).
