Skygo app

can somebody advise me if i can, if it is possible, to instal the Skygo `app`, i have tried to download load from Googleplay, but my Scroll is not recognized, is there any other way i can get this `app`, i am a scroll novice, and not very computer minded, so any `simple ` answers would be appreciated
