preferred browser?

Postby wantefc » April 11th, 2012, 9:19 pm

I know this isn't specific to the extreme ...but I'm just wondering what everyone prefers as a browser?
I usually use the stock browser but opera and dolphin get good reviews..
I'm just trying dolphin as I type this , it seems fast enough but I'm not sure I like the setup.

I love firefox in Windoze but I tend to stick to the built in version on android.. It's not as if you need it to do much more than surf the web is it? ;)

Like you I tried a few browsers - but in the end went back to stock as it does all I need - and I get to keep a bit more space for other things too.
If it isn't broken then don't try to fix it!

I've tried them all on the Extreme, Opera is the best by some way for me.

Chrome on the laptop.

On the laptop, I never use IE unless I really have to (although Slimbrowser is a very good alternative) but vary between Opera and Chrome. On my mobile, I always use Opera Mobile as I prefer it. Not managed to get my Extreme connected yet due to not having wireless broadband at the moment, but will see what the stock one is like before making my choice.

Just installed Opera mini. Considerably faster than their vanila version that come with cis.
