Feeling a little seen off...

Postby Gizzit » May 17th, 2012, 12:42 pm

Foolishly, I just had a quick look at Ebyer - the Yarvic (identical to Scroll Extreme) is now available for £10.00 less than the Extreme; what's worse though is that the Extreme now ships with a free case that I just paid £25.00 for!

Bloody typical!

OK, not a lot of cash, but I've only had mine for two weeks

Don't feel too bad, this is the way it goes i'm afraid. I remember (years ago) buying an early multi-region dvd player (when the only stores in town selling dvd's were MCV and Virgin) and got it at a bargain price of only £399. Today, a model which does more than that would cost under £50. Heck, you can get a cheap blu-ray player for around £50 now.
With tablets, technology is moving so quickly, buy the time you buy one it's already outdated, just be glad you got one, some peeps arn't doing so well in this economy and could not even afford one if they were £100.

Ain't that the truth - and what with the Euro and all?
I told my wife January past that this was our last Christmas cause come next December all the fiscal chickens will have come home to roost. Hope I'm wrong but we should be counting our blessings cause it looks like things are going to get a lot worse before they get better. I just hope I live that long. lol.
If it isn't broken then don't try to fix it!
