That sounds like the Micro SDcard may be Formatted incorrectly...??
Put the Micro SDcard into your PC.
Then go to MY COMPUTER
The Card should show up as a drive letter such as D:name of card
Right click on the Drive letter - A menu will appear - Choose Format
There shold be a drop down menu to choose the type of format.
Choose FAT32 and quick format should be OK.
The process may take a few minutes? Depends on the speed of your PC?
When finished put the card back into the Scroll Tablet, it should now work! ...Hopefully

Tim
