Hi there,

Just wondered what other users were seeing for the charging time for their Extreme. Mine was down to 15% and around 8 hours so far to get up to 98% on the wall charger. Does that sound normal? Seems like an awfully long time.

it is a big battery but eight hours seems long
i dont have extreme so cant compare

Not sure how flat the battery is when you first get it, but my Extreme was full on initial charge after less than 4 hours.

Charged my extreme for the first time and it was about 3.5 hours

Yeah' mine was 4 hours also. I have also been impressed with discharge rate. It was running over 6 hours yesterday and it reckond it had 48% left...

So I have one on it's initial charge and all I want to do is turn it on! - is there any way to tell when it's charged (will the green light on the charger go out?) - if not - how long should I wait before turning it on to find out?

Very quick press of the power button will bring up the battery on the screen. Once this has stopped with the charging animation... You are fully charged!
