Paul?

I'm running a CM9 on mine atm, did you get my post with the link? http://www.slatedroid.com/topic/33373-r ... nightlies/

I don't recommend anyone installs the ROM from the link above unless you are happy with flashing/CWM and CM9

It's very very stable with a few issues.

1) HDMI outputs to video only, audio stays on the tab
2) Recording video doesnt work
3) WIFI drops out from time to time

On a good note:

1) Runs CM9 nicely
2) Camera shows as 1.3 Front / 5.0 Back and the resolution matches that, however the quality is still crappy on the back camera.
3) Stable after 6 hours of StabilityTest at 1200Mhz
4) Battery life is impressive
5) Game performance is excellent and I really do mean that.

Not sure if you like CM9 or even want to use it but it's worth taking a look.

I have tested the latest verison and it handles iPlayer pretty well, no crashes yet. The previous version did have issues though.

The only problems I can find are HDMI issues and Play compatibility (I think that's just our tablets though). All the other issues have now been resolved.

Thought I should also add that the version from the link does seem to give you better WIFI range. From my desk it shows a further 4 networks in the area and from my garden it still has a good signal.

Stronger wifi seems a good thing. Mind you there is always something to pay, does it reduce the battery life.

Battery life seems to be pretty good, not as much as the 4.0.3 stock ROM but near enough.

I have just installed this as always wanted to try CM. Looks good so far.

Except just tried iplayer and it started stuttering after about 20 seconds. I am starting to hate I player. Never bloomin works right.

I've been running this software and it seems very good.

I've tried all the different nightly's and each one seems to get better.

As Piers has said they only issue I've had is no sound via HDMI, on the tablet not the TV. Also if use Youtube or a video player the picture is pushed down to low, the main desktop fills the screen perfect though.

I didn't see the video issue on my tab, only the sound one. I only tried playing some 1080p files from the SD card though.
