Hi,
I bought item 150765385454 from ebay. It is an Ipad screen protector and it fitted without requiring a trim. It does oviously have the hole for the Ipad home button but it is offscreen.

I think that this screen protector is for the Ipad 1 as the ebay site does say not for Ipad 2.

If someone does find a generic protector please post details here.

A mate of mine ordered a tablet (9.7") from Seenitpriceit on Amazon uk. It came pre fitted with made to measure front and rear protectors :) i have emailed them direct to see if they can arrange a stock to be delivered to the UK and I'm awaiting a response. I'm sure if a few more enquiries came their way it may motivate them to get a move on lol.

I used the protector that came on the Extreme for ages. I tooknit off as I sptted a mark under it. Unfortunatly it is a spec of dirt under the glass....

Since I fitted an iPad one. It has holes but they dont bother me, as they are off the active parts of the screen.

Dont know why you had to trim yours (Stu) as they fit spot on. No difference in the iPad, iPad 2 or new iPad screen size, so no difference in screen protector.

Hi Sygin i too bought an ipad screen protector which fits perfectly but i do have three bubbles in the middle of the screen which i can not seem to get rid of without damaging the tablet any ideas you can't see the bubbles when the tablet is switched on

I have struggled with bubbles in the past.
The best method I have found is to fit the screen protector using a credit card to smooth out bubbles while you fit it.

If you have bubbles on the screen and they annoy you get another screen protector and watch some youtube videos on fitting before attempting it again.

Do not remove your current screen protector until the new one arrives.
This is to limit dust which can be a nightmare.

Good luck.
