Working BBC iPlayer on the Extreme?

Anyone able to confirm that the BBC iPlayer either does or doesn't work on the extreme with stock firmware?

I tried it on my extreme on the Stock firmware and it didn't work very well, stuttering etc and finally just stopped working.
However I'm using CM9 now and it works fine (the 16th of June one).
Cm9 is far better than the stock firmware

Iplayer was a complete failure out of the box on my Extreme. It was no better on Sugsys rc_1 rom and only marginaly better for me on the CM9 rom (played but kept freezing/timeing out) However on this rom: http://www.slatedroid.com/topic/34824-rom-aokp/ Iplayer is (for me at least) working perfectly.
