There are indications that due to the tweaks (as it is virtually ICS underneath anyway) that it will be more system/battery hungry.

Lots of stuff already out there on the Cyanogen Mod guy already hard at work on CM10 and making rapid progress which is very exciting! Also found some interesting stuff on the latest Resurrection ROM for the Samsung Galaxy S2 which has some elements of Jelly Bean and is apparently lightening quick and smooth as butter! I still haven't got my head around how portable some of this ROMs are but I did see the SGS2 cropping up a fair bit in the Sugsy ROM thread so maybe there's some mileage in exploring that.

Either way, I don't think it'll be too long before there'll be a ROM out there that the more experienced of you on here will be able to do something with. What's particularly exciting is what I'm reading about the performance of Jelly Bean, in particular they way Google have finally made a big step forward in making CPU and GPU work better together and get rid of a lot of lag. That's surely of extreme interest (excuse the pun!) to us Scroll Extreme owners as it is at the end of the day low end hardware and the better the OS is optimised the better. I dream of a completely lag free tablet!
