WIFI connection... how to force default

Anyone know how to define a priority on the wifi connection to use. I'm getting really pi***d off, as whenever I pick up my Extreme, if it hasn't been used for a while it loses wifi connection then attempts to reconnect to a BT openzone connection, which I think is my neighbours BT broadband (the way BT offer a piggy back service off home routers). The problem is the strenght isnt that good, buf it ALWAYS take preference over my own broadband router, which is a pain in the backside.

Is there anyway, I can make mine the priority connection when in range.

Tried deleting the open zone connection, but it just comes back.

Just a longshot but I have had similar happen to me when out and about and logging in to the cloud elsewhere from home I kept getting the same as you. The only thing that helped me was to attempt logging in to the rougue connection and then using the option in settings to "Forget this connection" ,
Worked for me - hopefully it will work for you too.

Tried that......

but after a min or so it finds it again. It stays connected to my router at that point, but next time it loses connection, as the OpenZone comes back, it tries it agan.... really annoying...

Perhaps this is a Jelly Bean issue - I never had a problem with stock Extreme/Elite and I have a BT router which provides three networks - my "home" one (secured) and two BT WiFi ones (unsecured). Clearly I never lost the home one without also losing the BT WiFi ones but it always connected to the Home network unless I forced it to use an Open one.

I also use WiFi Analyser with the "connector" add-in which allows you to select the network to connect to (and also the MAC address if there is more than one AP for the network) - it's the only app that allows me to force a connection to an AP rather than just connect to an AP on the Network which might not be the strongest.
