Hello the tablet will boot just fine and i can use it but every time i turn it off it resets all my apps are lost and the tutorial screens come up. For example it tells me how to move apps but apps on the home screen etc.


If anyone knows what is causing this great. If not tell me how to factory reset the device and the factory reset options in settings don't work and system upgrade recovery mode does not do anything the table restarts and i get a picture of the green dude on its back with a red triangle ! looking sign.
