The Scroll is faster than the VP by a long way, but the VP is a lot more stable. What I mean by that is I can turn it on and it works, it does its job and rarely crashes.
From a business POV the VP knocks the Excel into touch. I couldnt use the Scroll as a business tool , its too unreliable.

I would recommend the Excel - does have some lip-sync issues, but for the money it a very good tab. As for it being unreliable, I have not had this issue, no crashes, wifi on and connected 99.9% of the time (compared to the 1st gen Scroll - which gets wifi 50% of the time)

I will agree its wayyyy better than the 1st Gen Scroll, I havent had that much hassle with the excel. im only judging by the way my VP has behaved compared to it.

no crashes for me either or FC's cant remember a wifi drop

My wifi doesnt play up, but I get quite a few FC's even on system apps on boot.
Have tried a full reset, but no difference.

thanks for the advise guys if get no joy with getting ma essential fixed then a upgrade to the exel it is just 1 more ? can ya watch sky go on it and other stream sites such as movie2k
