Hi, has anyone managed to get a response from the Technical Help team on this yet? I have the same problem; keep trying to telephone them only to be told to call back later, or send an email. Are these posts not monitored by the Technical Help team? I would have assumed this would have generated a response from them seeing is seems to be a common problem!

Hi guys,
I've just had an email from storage solutions. They provided a link to a download site for the firmware, I've tried it and it works.

hope this works for the rest of you.

The link for this updated firmware is now on the SO website at http://www.storageoptions.com/support/downloads

PLEASE NOTE: Using any other update than the correct one for your device WILL BRICK IT

I'm having the same problems, the tablet just goes round in a circle attempting to connect to my Sky Netgear router, authenticating then either fails, says not in range, or connects then immediately drops the connection again. No other devices having issues on my network, and the tablet connects fine to other wifi networks.
I emailed Storage Options support, not much help beyond suggesting a factory reset or returning the device to eBuyer. Unfortunately it's 3 months old now and I've lost the USB cable so that's probably not an option.
I'm running Android 4.0.3 so maybe worth trying an update to 4.0.4 although that sounds pretty painful judging by the forum guides.
Not particularly impressed with the problem, the support or the general performance of the tablet, wish I'd held on for other devices in the price range to come on the market :(
