wont power up

please help i turnned my scroll essential off the other day and took a couple pf hours befor i could get it to turn back on then yesterday i turnned it off again and it wont come back on please help

What were you doing with it before this issue? - There could be many reasons for this problem. - (bad app, hardware fault, not charged/charging, a bad mod you might have done, the list is endless - the more details you can give the better).

i downloaded some games using my laptop and istalled them worked fine then i downloaded and installed a app called windows 7 thats when it started to play up when i finally relised that the app could be the prob i couldnt turn it on to uninstall there is a reset botton on the side by pressing that would that help cause if i cant turn it on i cant uninstall

Your best option is to use the reset button. If that fails let us know.

with having no power will it reset

if you plug the charger in it will have enough to do that

Try connecting the mains charger for a few minutes and whilst connected use a pin on the reset.

tried sticking pin in it nothing happend only got it at christmas but not sure weather the wife bought it brand new or not if it was brand new would i be able to use warrenty if it as 1

I would return it to the retailer. If she bought it brand new she should have a receipt
