Scroll Elite - Stuck at Android Loading Only

I need help on how to enter service mode for Scroll Elite 9.7" 4.0 ICS.
I tried all possible combinations but still no luck.

The unit I have suddenly doesn't want to continue and is stuck on the android loading screen.

If anyone who would be kind to help me how to solve this matter.

Sounds like you've got a bit of bother. If you long-press the power button you should be able to force the unit to power off.

Can't promise it will work but it sounds like you have nothing to lose in trying.

I cant send this back already but they sent me a replacement. its a waste if it would not work...

Is there a way to wipe the OS and install a new one??? My computer can detect the device via USB.
If there is a way, I would be so much happy to try...

Unless you want to start getting under the bonnet which would invalidate your warranty then it seems you may have to contact Storage Options through their website and explain what is happening.
I suspect you will have to change it for another if it is stuck in a boot loop.

Its Ok even if I invalidate the warranty for this one as long as I can make it work. The supplier sent already a replacement without me sending what I have right now. Isn't that wonderful???

hey found the solution, i had the same problem with cm9. basically as you may know, our tabs are the same as the Eken A90. Could not enter recovery mode no matter what i tried, the trick is keeping the-Vol key down, connecting the usb to a pc the quickly press power button 6 times ( the link below says 10, that does not work with the elite - so with trial and erroe 6 works every time)

go to this link:

and click on the Eken A90 link on the left, i used the the live link software link supplied to me by storage..- see below.

I had given up and untill i saw this, and guess what my scroll is back to factory default - just need to updgrade it again now

PS it was pure chance that i come acros the link - so lucky that i did.

Ok. Thank you very much... works like a charm!!! On elite just have a long press on the vol+ and power while connected to the pc until it detects the device... just wait for the driver to install and you are already to use livesuit!!!. Thank you very much for the help... case closed!!!
