Need help after resetting Scroll Elite

After some recurring problems with a few apps, I decided to reset my Elite to factory settings. Since then :

1. I cannot install any programs because a sign crops up saying 'internal memory is full.' The internal storage space is also showing 0 Kb', although i have hardly installed anything.

2. All the pre-loaded apps have also disappeared.

3. After I load the recovery boot mode, a red triangle appears inside a green android lying sideways. Then pressing the Volume plus button / Volume + and power does not seem to bring on any restore menu.

Will flashing the firmware with LiveSuit help ? In that case where can I obtain it, as there is no downladable .img file on the SO site.
