So i returned my elite as the battery only lasted about an hour with the brightness turned right down and have been told that there was nothing wrong with it and that I may have to pay them to return it to me, I argued the fact and they are going to look into it but I cant see anything else being done, b*stards! Anyone else had any issues with their returns.

At least ted got the playstore sorted, better than nothing i suppose :(

Have you had it more than 7 days? If not then do it through Distance Selling Regs (google it). You have 7 days to change your mind when ordering off the net - you dont need to give a reason.

Yeah they just recieved mine today apparently. I sent it back saying it wasn't wanted so I didn't claim it was faulty. I hope they accept mine now :/ and you should just say that due to the bad battery you didn't feel it was fit for purpose or simply that you just didn't like it!

OH FFS!

Am i regretting this now?!

I have emails from storage options telling me it's faulty unit.

I wonder how much stock they have bought and what there financial liability is?

My Elite has just gone back to ocuk under their 14 day return dooda. :(

Little white specks under the screen glass that I suspect must be dust? I hope I don't have any grief but they have upped their game a bit of late from what I've heard.

If you get any problems, don't forget to claim with your credit card company. You do all use credit cards to buy anything over 100 pounds, right? http://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/ ... edit-card/

"My Elite has just gone back to ocuk under their 14 day return dooda."

Doh! :)

I've not heard back from them yet... I just posted as a comparison.

I did send a MB back to Scan last year, over the Intel chipset recall, they did sort me out ok but it took a while.

I sent £600 worth of stuff back to Scan a few years a go, I had to fight to get a refund. That's why I would never buy a Tagan PSU every again :P ... Having said that, they have been helpful since.

OCUK refunded my money under their 14 day returns policy, no quibble, drama or sulking from them.

Good stuff in this day and age I suppose. :)
