During 48 hours charging is 0%.
With the wall adapter 5V DC the tablete works fine.
Could someone help me?

Unfortunately this sounds very much like a broken connection from/to the battery. If it is a new unit then perhaps you should consider returning it.
If it isn't broken then don't try to fix it!
