Scroll tablet 2.1 (eclair) HELP!!

Hi, im new to this forum + the scroll!
I have a few issues/questions

Firstly, every time i open the appslib i get the error " A server error occured, please retry." What can i do to fix that?
Secondly, i wanted to update the firmware to android 2.2 or 2.3 and get a working app market. Is that possible?
Thirdly, any tips that anyone can give me to help me out with any of this? thanks

AFAIK Appslib is only for the Archos and Arnova Tablets
