Received brand new package yesterday and after unpacking I connected the DC Charger and left it over night until this morning - at least 16 hours.

On disconnecting the charger, and starting the device nothing happened. The only way it works is if I have the power cable connected.

I have raised a service request at storageoptions.com/support but was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

What model is this?

When I had my Extreme, it was fully charged within 4 hours and I was using it without being plugged in since then.
