I'd like to start a topic as a reference point for purely the hardware in the scroll. This will help with locating drivers and any possible OS/Hardware mods/upgrades in the future.


If you post in this topic, please state on the first line the hardware related and any further info with links to relevant information. I'll post a reply myself for what I mean;

TCC8900 / TCC8902
The TCC8900 is a system LSI for digital multimedia applications based on ARM1176JZF-S, an ARM’s proprietary RISC CPU core.It is designed for high-end multimedia entertainment devices such as car AVN, portable multimedia player and home entertainment. If the results are different from above please post here with the output. As it may show that the scroll has been released with different revisions of hardware.
