keyboard usb

hi there.recently bought a scroll 7" 2.1 for my work and play,just what i needed.invested in a case and keyboard to protect it at my work,but usb from keyboard (10mm) does not fit scroll (5mm).can i get an adapter or another solution.ideas and experiences appreciated.

You want a USB A Female to Mini USB B 5 Pin Male Adaptor like this one: -

Maplin probably do something similar for a few quid more!

If the adaptor body is too big for where you want to sit the scroll, you can also get leads that do the same conversion. Your local PC shop will probably have one.

ooooops im sorry but if i had looked in the scroll box i would have noticed it came with a usb extension.
