Urgent Question from Newbie

Hi Guys

Hope you are all well. It is my first post on the forum - best place to ask I reckon:-)

Just bought my first Scroll tablet and have few issues I had no problem to connect to my WIFI point and I've heard it's a common issue but I believe something is missing. I have purchased almost new device from Ebay - supplied with additional 2GB memory card - unfortunately I don't know how I can access my files. In menu I only have app installer browser calculator calendar camcoder camera clock email gallery music settings sound and video - can you please tell me what's missing? I am unable to open any pdf files or video stored on my card. Please help!

hello, you need to download a file explorer from the market, my fav is oi file manager but everyone else has there own favs.

hello im new at this and hi to every1 i hope you can help iv just recently brought a scroll tablet and i cant get on to the internet iv tryd to do it but it allways says to me internet not connected it is verry anoying i cant even get on my gadget i was thinking about getting rid of it can any1 help plz

First off do a factory reset.. (take out the sdcard) With the device off hold Vol+ and the press and hold Power wait until Android logo appears and press the hard Home key and you will have the option to do a factory reset.. Navigate down using the Vol- button and to select press power.. leave it to do its job and the device should reboot...
Next, got to Scroll App Installer and install ES File Explorer and Adobe Reader that should get you going....

Im not Catholic!

I speak two languages fluently (English and Egyptian Arabic) and I still dont have a damn clue! :lol:

And before you ask, my first language is English!
