scroll tablet v2 51624

Hi all , well im new to any type of tablet,anyway ill cut to the chase. went to storageoptions webby and went for update unknown to me what model i had just said 7 capacitive touch ,basically thought it was mine. anyway done the update, all was goin well untill i found out couldnt use touch screen but apart from that all is workin, anyway is there away to do an update to get it back to its formal state.ive been readin forums bout diff firmware version etc is there 1 for android 2.1/ be very much appreciated on any ideas thnxs

ok latest on this , due to update on storage website which i updated by accident , to which inreality i shouldnt have but we learn from our mistakes anyway that update worked in away but touch screen never worked, so being me i clicked on miscroll update and flashed that the results were everythin worked includin touch screen, but camera, and wi-fi doesnt so atm im happy to be guinea pig to try anytghing to get it workin , its android 2.3.1 ,version which now is installed also says recovey is recovery 3e

if the kernel is still the same as the original and was not updated... which i suspect might not be, wifi module will not start....
run these commands with adb:

adb shell
logcat

try to start wifi and see what error message you get

hi sorry bout late reply been away.. anyway i tried those commands etc when i tried to start wifi it came up with error? heres the error message in adb E/wlan_tool( 4649): Fail to get OK status from AR6000

just realized, you wont get it working, you need to flash the original update or convert to cyanogen, is this something you want to do?

I believe you are using the 7" Scroll with Android 2.1 originally installed i hope Ive chosenthe right files for it

Flash Recovery 1st
Download, rename to update.zip, copy to SD Card, flash from standard recovery, (you will then have Clockwork Recovery)
Flash Cyanogen 2nd
Download, copy to SD Card, flash from clockwork recovery, (you will then have Cyanogen Mod 7 Android 2.3.4)
Wipe Date/Factory Reset form recovery
Flash Google Apps 3rd
Download, rename to update.zip, copy to SD Card, flash from clockwork recovery, (you will then have Market)
Wipe Date/Factory Reset form recovery (Just to be Sure)
Reboot and Calibrate touch screen
Reboot and enjoy

Hi , i done all of the above step 1 recovery flashed ,done that then tried to get in recovery mode to flash the cynagen file but it does nothin , i done the following Turn off the tablet then turn it back on while holding the volume up key to boot into recovery mode.but nothin happings i held for over 1 minute .if i power scroll up without touchin keys it boots up normally and all works , so prob now is i cant get it to go in recovery mode to do last 2 updates. my scroll is Scroll V2 7" resistive 51624, TCC8900 maybe this will help known what model i have

okay, i have updated the download links, perhaps you are using the 8k page size version, try the new recovery

ok far as i know i installed new recovery files you added above , but when i hold down +volume key on scroll to boot in recovery black screens then shuts down ?? but if i dont hold+volume key boots normal without any probs
