How do i flash back the stock ROM?

I have a 7inch captive tablet, i have clockwork recovery and CM7, how do i flash the stock rom back? Can i keep clockwork recovery on the stock rom? Or no? Anyone? I really need some help, thanks

You should be able to keep cwm with the stock rom but you will need to completely flash it back to stock with original recovery first then replace cwm. That is unless you have a backup from when you installed cwm ( ie you backed up immediately after installing cwm and before installing the new rom)
