Upgrading to Android OS 2.2

Hi everyone, just to let you know that Storage Options have told me the following:

With regard to the upgrade we don’t currently have a releasable version of the OS on the Scroll however we are in the process of building a downloads section for our Storage Options website so if you keep checking back the OS should be available soon.

So give it sometime and there will be a downloads section on their website.
In the meantime, hopefully Merlot will give us full instructions shortly on how he upgraded to 2.2.1 on his Scroll

can't wait for that download section now, there should be some interesting items in it! Hopefully they will give us a back up of Android 2.1.

I await in eager antisipation... This will make the device the best low cost Tablet on the Market. I bought this for my Wife and her only grip is it is slower than her iPhone... Still a very good Tablet

Has Merlot or anyone else managed to get 2.2 or higher working and posted detailed instructions on how to do it?
