Help with playing movies

ok so - lests just say you have a Micro SD Card with a folder called "SD FILMS" (This can be called what ever you liek and I only have it there becosue it keeps every thing tidy on my SD card, films, books, music, etc.) and in that folder is a film/tv serise called espise-hl01.avi (this can be what ever your film is called).

This is where I understand you are at... and now you would like to play the film....

1) do you have a google account and have you paired it with the tablet so you can down load apps from the android market?

- if no
{ then this is some thing you should do as it makes life easy some times because it changeis the way you down laod apps from the adroid market - i.e. you go to your pc and click "install" then next time you switch your scroll on it automaticly down loads - however you can just do it via your dablit with the links above}

- if yes
{then grate down load and install the two apps above - vlc & ES File Explorer}

Hello Hexhunt, i have opened a google account and tried to install from Android Market but unable to, everytime i get a message saying that there is `There are no Android phones associated with this account. Please sign in with a different account.`, any idea what i am doing wrong. i do not own a android phone. Many thanks.Andrew

Yes I seemed to have the same issue with my Mum's account, not a 100% sure how I got it working in the end any how we will get the ES File Explorer from the link below (I use "Slide Me" some times as its good if you fancy just wading through a long list of apps but so far they have all been good.
