cyanogen 7 wifi problem

Postby jamie3 » February 17th, 2012, 12:11 am

Hi ive managed to install cyanogen 7 on my scroll 7" 4k resistive. Looks great but i have one problem, No wifi at all. You can switch it on and it will turn off in a minute, it wont scan or nothing, ive tried switching channels but nothing.
What am i doing wrong?
Once i have sorted this out i will be happy
Thanks

Hi Jamie,
I can't take any credit for this as it is some elses fix but this is what they say to fix your problem.

"Ok complete instructions. Open Settings then go Wireless & Networks -> Wi-Fi settings -> press Menu button and choose Advanced Then Regulatory domain, where you choose 14 channels."

Hope this works for you too.
If it isn't broken then don't try to fix it!
