The error is due to boot.img being too big so the script cannot install it to the boot location
I am uploading a new image now, will post link soon.

im rebooting to a clean build now and will do a kmsg dump and tel you the exact partition names
i used adb to push clokworkmod to excel

Edit: just tried to flash test.zip same result

Nandc = LSYSTEMFS
Nandd = LDATAFS
Nande = MISC
Nandf = LRECOVERYFS
Nandg = LCACHEFS
Nandh = UDISK

did you sign the .zip cos there should be 3 META files in the zip
META-INF/google
META-INF/CERT.RSA
META-INF/CERT.SF
and maybe
META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
just looking at roms for other phones i have flashed

No need to sign, it will work without, just to be sure i used a clockworkmod backup of my own scroll, processed the files as usual in the kitchen created an update and flashed, booted no problem...

Again, im sure i need a clockworkmod backup....

ok i i just got a fresh one and will upload it
do you just want
boot.ext4.tar
recovery.ext4.tar
system.ext4.tar
and the nandroid.md5 dont think you need data and cache or do you want the lot
uploading the 4 files now 30 mins when we going to get better upload speeds
