An improved 2.1 Rom

Just a thought now we are getting clockwork mod up and running, we should start thinking about a Rom dump then using this as a base for cooking a new Rom, this will give a stable tweaked rom for use while we try and get a working stable 2.3 rom.
Lets have a wish list of our tweaked rom.
I'm thinking

Rooted
Better boot up screens
The improved build prop file
All the telephone apk's removed to improve battery life
Working YouTube
Good file manager installed (astro or super manager etc)

Anyone else got any suggestions.

Settings > Privacy > Factory Reset Data
