( 3200 MAh rechargable lithium-polymer battery (6 to 8 hours run time))

thanks for the info - the scroll has a 3400mAH rechargeable lithium battery -so ours should be better??

Should be, but the info could be wrong, if you read the back of our instruction manuals for the hardware specs, it says 512MB RAM

Ok so I now have 2.2.1 installed and running on my Scroll (Speed increase is astonishing)

I still need to calibrate the screen somehow, and WiFi isnt working yet, But each time I fix something, I will boot into ClockworkMod and do a backup, so each backup is better than the last, that is the plan anyway

So ideas are welcome on

Yea I can use adb thanks, its just long winded having to type everything out all the time, so a PC version of a root explorer with write access would be very useful

Ah thanks, sorry I misunderstood earlier

Ive flashed back to my backup 2.1 for now, but will try again when I am armed with better tools and ideas ;)

EDIT - I have a problem with my backup, now I get a constant error about android.core popping up and loads of other stuff force closing on boot

EDIT - Fixed with a factory reset
