Right someone with root and a clockwork backup:

Im trying to enable the full market on our little scroll here so I need you to test some files for me.

build.prop is easy to swap.
for the permissions files just extract the file above, copy it to your sd card, delete the old /system/etc/permissions folder and replace it with the new one
reboot
then can you try accessing teh market for me

of course backup first etc etc
