Pretty basic I'm afraid, having set up my email it works great but never asks for my password first.

How do I set this up so it connects but asks me for my password?

Sorry but new to using android stuff.

I think you'll probably need to either put a password on the whole device (Settings > Security > Screen Lock) or if it's only email that you want to protect, you'll need to install something like Smart App Protector which can password individual applications
