Slight buzzing sound??

No you are right mate. Just because it is cheaper, it is not an exception.

I've done a bit of streaming with bbc iplayer through web and seem to have the same issue if i pause/restart. Youtube has been fine though.

My new Sony Ericsson Walkman has a "buzzing" keyboard". Or rather it kind of vibrates when you use the keys. There is a setting for turning off this effect in the keyboard settings. Just a suggestion as you mentioned that another keyboard didn't create the buzz.

I'd guess the buzzing noise people are hearing is the same problem which seems to effect the Gemei G9 which a couple people have said this tablet is similar too, both are based on the Ployer Momo 11 I think.

Mine seems to buzz when charging, but in use seems ok most of the time. I cant hear it un-less I put my ear right up against the speaker.

yea thanks mate.....ive sent my original back and recieved a new one today.....i can still hear it on the new one but its not as pronounced....and to be honest i do have my ear jammed to the speaker now as its been doing my head in.
Ill just have to see how it goes as to whether its a problem id put up with....as i said its definately not as pronounced as my 1st extreme.
What bugs me is i only just sent my excel i sold off yesterday and there was definately no issue of this kind.
Surely this is an ongoing issue though i cant be so unlucky as to get 2 different tablets with the same fault?? Can i ?

To be honest I'm waiting for a response from the support guys. Since then I have noticed a buzzing a couple of times away from the default keyboard and not a single peep from the Go Keyboard. This kind of gives me a little comfort that I'm pretty sure this is a software issue and not hardware. Still I will monitor it though.

lol Talk about being paranoid. I was on the train and my browser was dog slow like people have said on the forum. I thought the kiss of death had been put on my tablet but had to remind myself that I was travelling north to south on a train. When I got back, it was fine again, though I must admit through my paranoia I did install Opera and the beta Chrome, which has been designed with the ICS in mind. Both were rapid!

I also have had the same problem it could be an earthing issue between the speaker and charge port? .. theory is when the keyboard is in use it requires more power... maybe that's the problem plus the issue can't be heard when the speakers sound is off so it must be some sort of speaker/earthing issue I have returned mine just waiting on a replacement and I will keep returning them until I get a tablet that does not make a loud HDD like sound lol..
